Notice of HaiSnap Consumer Service Discontinuation

Dear User,
響指面向個人用戶提供的 C 端產品及相關服務將停止營運，公司面向企業及機構客戶的相關業務不受影響。
HaiSnap's consumer-facing products and services for individual users will be discontinued. Our business for enterprise and institutional customers will not be affected.
為保障您的合法權益，現將相關安排告知如下：

發佈本公告；同步停止新用戶註冊、下架所有付費商品、關閉自動續費功能；正式開放退款申請入口與應用程式原始碼匯出通道。
This notice is published. New user registration, all paid purchases, and auto-renewal will be deactivated simultaneously. The refund application portal and source code export channel will be officially opened.

停止 AI 生成、應用程式部署、資源調用等核心服務，僅保留帳號登入、原始碼下載、退款進度查詢功能。
Core services including AI generation, app deployment, and resource usage will be suspended. Only account login, source code download, and refund status inquiry will remain available.

正式關閉所有業務伺服器，停止全站服務存取；同步關閉退款申請入口。
All servers will be officially shut down and all services will be unavailable. The refund application portal will also be closed at the same time.
二、用戶權益與退款說明
2. Refund Policy
退款範圍Eligible items
僅針對您付費購買的資產辦理退款，包括帳戶內剩餘的付費儲值響豆、未到期的付費會員、未使用／未到期的付費加油包（火花包、發佈資源位、資源庫擴容）。每日登入贈送的火花、會員權益自帶的贈送額度、活動贈送的資源等免費部分，不參與退款。
Only paid purchases are eligible for refund, including remaining paid HaiBeans, unexpired paid subscriptions, and unused or unexpired paid resource packs (spark packs, deployment slots, and storage upgrades). Free sparks from daily check-ins, bonus benefits from subscriptions, and event rewards are non-refundable.
計算規則Calculation
按實際使用天數精確折算退款金額，公式為：退款金額 = 實際支付金額 ×（剩餘有效天數 ÷ 總有效期天數）；帳戶內剩餘付費儲值響豆，按 10 響豆 = 1 元人民幣的比例全額折算退款。
Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis: Refund Amount = Actual Payment Amount × (Remaining Valid Days ÷ Total Valid Days). Remaining paid HaiBeans will be refunded in full at a rate of 10 HaiBeans = RMB 1.

請透過官方退款表單提交申請。

退款方式Refund method
優先按您原支付路徑原路退回，審核通過後 1–7 個工作日內到帳，具體到帳時間以支付渠道處理為準；若原支付路徑無法退款，將按您在表單中填寫的收款帳戶轉帳，並以電子郵件通知您。
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method first and completed within 1–7 business days after approval. The actual arrival time depends on the payment provider. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will transfer the refund to the account you provide in the form and notify you by email.
申請截止Deadline
退款申請通道開放至 2026 年 10 月 31 日 24:00（UTC+8），逾期將不再統一受理。
The refund application portal will be open until 24:00, October 31, 2026 (UTC+8). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
三、應用程式原始碼與資料匯出指引
3. Source Code & Data Export
應用程式原始碼匯出Source code export
登入帳號後，在歷史任務清單中，找到已經生成應用程式的任務，並在對應成果下方點擊「下載」按鈕。
After logging in, go to the task history list, find the task with the generated app, and click the “Download” button below the corresponding deliverable.
業務資料匯出Business data export
您可在對應應用程式的管理後台自行匯出業務資料，建議於 2026 年 10 月 15 日（UTC+8）前完成匯出。
You can export your business data in the admin panel of each app. We recommend completing the export before October 15, 2026 (UTC+8).
匯出期限Availability
原始碼與資料匯出通道開放至 2026 年 10 月 31 日 24:00（UTC+8）伺服器關閉前，請您盡早備份。
The export channel will remain available until the server shutdown at 24:00, October 31, 2026 (UTC+8). Please back up your data as soon as possible.
