Notice of HaiSnap Consumer Service Discontinuation

Dear User,
响指面向个人用户提供的 C 端产品及相关服务将停止运营，公司面向企业及机构客户的相关业务不受影响。
HaiSnap's consumer-facing products and services for individual users will be discontinued. Our business for enterprise and institutional customers will not be affected.
为保障您的合法权益，现将相关安排告知如下：

发布本公告；同步停止新用户注册、下架所有付费商品、关闭自动续费功能；正式开放退款申请入口与应用源码导出通道。
This notice is published. New user registration, all paid purchases, and auto-renewal will be deactivated simultaneously. The refund application portal and source code export channel will be officially opened.

停止 AI 生成、应用部署、资源调用等核心服务，仅保留账号登录、源码下载、退款进度查询功能。
Core services including AI generation, app deployment, and resource usage will be suspended. Only account login, source code download, and refund status inquiry will remain available.

正式关闭所有业务服务器，停止全站服务访问；同步关闭退款申请入口。
All servers will be officially shut down and all services will be unavailable. The refund application portal will also be closed at the same time.
二、用户权益与退款说明
2. Refund Policy
退款范围Eligible items
仅针对您付费购买的资产办理退款，包括账户内剩余的付费充值响豆、未到期的付费会员、未使用／未到期的付费加油包（火花包、发布资源位、资源库扩容）。每日登录赠送的火花、会员权益自带的赠送额度、活动赠送的资源等免费部分，不参与退款。
Only paid purchases are eligible for refund, including remaining paid HaiBeans, unexpired paid subscriptions, and unused or unexpired paid resource packs (spark packs, deployment slots, and storage upgrades). Free sparks from daily check-ins, bonus benefits from subscriptions, and event rewards are non-refundable.
计算规则Calculation
按实际使用天数精确折算退款金额，公式为：退款金额 = 实际支付金额 ×（剩余有效天数 ÷ 总有效期天数）；账户内剩余付费充值响豆，按 10 响豆 = 1 元人民币的比例全额折算退款。
Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis: Refund Amount = Actual Payment Amount × (Remaining Valid Days ÷ Total Valid Days). Remaining paid HaiBeans will be refunded in full at a rate of 10 HaiBeans = RMB 1.

请通过官方退款表单提交申请。
Please submit your application via the official refund form.
退款路径Refund method
优先按您原支付路径原路退回，审核通过后 1–7 个工作日内到账，具体到账时间以支付渠道处理为准；若原支付路径无法退款，将按您在表单中填写的收款账户转账，并以邮件通知您。
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method first and completed within 1–7 business days after approval. The actual arrival time depends on the payment provider. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will transfer the refund to the account you provide in the form and notify you by email.
申请截止Deadline
退款申请通道开放至 2026 年 10 月 31 日 24:00（UTC+8），逾期将不再统一受理。
The refund application portal will be open until 24:00, October 31, 2026 (UTC+8). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. Source Code & Data Export
应用源码导出Source code export
登录账号后，在历史任务列表中，找到已经生成应用的任务，并在对应成果下方点击「下载」按钮。
After logging in, go to the task history list, find the task with the generated app, and click the “Download” button below the corresponding deliverable.
业务数据导出Business data export
您可在对应应用的管理后台自行导出业务数据，建议于 2026 年 10 月 15 日（UTC+8）前完成导出。
You can export your business data in the admin panel of each app. We recommend completing the export before October 15, 2026 (UTC+8).
导出时效Availability
源码与数据导出通道开放至 2026 年 10 月 31 日 24:00（UTC+8）服务器关停前，请您尽早备份。
The export channel will remain available until the server shutdown at 24:00, October 31, 2026 (UTC+8). Please back up your data as soon as possible.
