To satisfy real-name registration requirements stipulated by cybersecurity laws, you shall provide at least a mobile phone number to register a HaiSnap account, and complete profile information including avatar, nickname and login password.

1.1.2 Intelligent Service Provision

(1) Intelligent Q&A Service

To deliver AI code generation, interactive consultation, content creation, application development and resource management services, we collect texts, images, documents, audio-visual files, codes, compressed packages and other materials actively submitted by you. Corresponding responses, codes and operational results will be generated based on knowledge databases, code repositories and algorithm models.

(2) Content Upload

All codes, files and contents uploaded or created by you remain under your ownership and control. Such materials will not be adopted for model training or other unauthorized purposes except for functional fulfillment as specified in this policy.

(3) Third-party Personal Data

You shall obtain legitimate authorization prior to uploading contents involving others' personal information, so as to prevent information leakage and infringement disputes.

(4) User Feedback and Service Optimization

Your feedback, operational records including browsing, editing, copying, downloading and sharing behaviors will be collected to optimize content quality, user experience and service stability.

(5) Content Sharing

The application may access clipboard data to identify sharing codes and links for cross-platform redirection and interactive activities, with no irrelevant clipboard information retrieved.

(6) Storage and File Access Authorization

Storage and file access permissions are requested to support file uploading, downloading, data caching, project debugging and resource management. Only files actively selected by you will be accessed within functional scope.

(7) Album and Image Authorization

Album access is required for image uploading, AI creation, avatar setting and problem submission. Only manually selected visual materials will be retrieved without background scanning of private albums.

(8) Camera Permission

Camera access is applied for photographing, QR code scanning and material collection. The camera will only be activated upon your explicit operation instead of background surveillance.

(9) Location Service

Geographic data including general and precise positioning information may be collected with your consent for regional content display, activity arrangement and account security verification. You may decline location authorization, which will disable location-based functions without affecting basic services.

(10) Permission Management

You may enable or disable album, camera, storage and location permissions via device settings. Restricted access will suspend corresponding functions while preserving core service availability.

1.1.3 Chat History

Dialogue records and topics are retained to ensure continuous service experience. Historical data will be preserved within legal mandatory retention periods and accessible for your review and deletion.

1.1.4 Customer Support

Communication logs and account identification information may be recorded during consultation and complaint handling. Evidential materials submitted by you will be stored to resolve issues and improve service quality. Refusal to provide relevant information may delay problem processing without impairing other functions.

Notifications via webpage, SMS and phone calls will be delivered for service alerts, verification code issuance and experience surveys. You may disable push notifications through device settings.

1.1.6 Page Optimization

Gravity and acceleration sensor data are collected to adapt display layout and enhance interactive effects, which will not be used for personal identification.

Device identifiers including IMEI, OAID, MAC address, device model, operating system version, network status, installed applications and running processes are gathered for identity recognition, risk control, anomaly detection, crash troubleshooting and service stability maintenance.
